friends from Barry and Penarth joined parishioners from St Mary’s

The
day for us started at Noon with the Angelus and a Procession of
Witness through Glastonbury followed by Concelebrated Holy Eucharist
sung in the Nave of the Abbey Church. The Principal Concelebrant
and Preacher was The Assistant Bishop of Newcastle, The Right Reverend
Paul Richardson.

At 3:45pm there were Pilgrim Prayers and Benediction again sung
in the Nave of the Abbey Church, the Officiant being The Right Reverend

We
could not fail to have a wonderful day; the weather was perfect
as was the picnic and the company. Roll on next year!.
